Made to order
Every piece is designed by you in the studio and made by hand after you order it. Nothing is made before your order arrives.
What you approve is what we make
The preview in the studio shows the piece you are ordering: the place or the route, its size, its colours, its text and its markers. Your order records those settings, and we make your piece from them.
Price
The price is the one shown in Vietnamese dong (₫) on the order button and in the order form. Delivery within Vietnam is included.
Payment
You choose bank transfer or cash on delivery when you order. Nothing is charged on this website.
- Bank transfer: the account, the amount, a transfer note and a QR code appear as soon as you order, and in your confirmation email. Transfer then, or wait until we contact you — your order is already in the queue either way.
- Cash on delivery: pay the delivery service when the parcel reaches you.
Your order
Your order is placed when you send the order form. Its reference appears on screen and, if you gave an email address, in a confirmation email. Quote that reference whenever you write to us.
Changes
You can change your order until we start printing it: reply to your confirmation email, or write to orders@theflowworkshop.com with your order reference. See Changes & returns.
Delivery
Within Vietnam only, shipped within 5–7 days of your order. See Shipping.
Damage or a defect
If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, write to us. See Changes & returns.
