Where we deliver
To addresses in Vietnam, and nowhere else.
When it ships
Each piece is made by hand after you order it, and ships within 5–7 days of your order. That is the time to ship, not the time to arrive: the delivery service then takes your parcel to your address.
What it costs
Nothing. Delivery within Vietnam is included in the price.
How we contact you
- With an email address: your confirmation arrives as soon as you order.
- Without one: we contact you on your phone number within 1–3 days.
- Once your parcel is on its way, we send you its tracking number.
What arrives
Your finished piece. The box holds the piece and nothing else.
Cash on delivery
If you chose to pay on delivery, pay the delivery service when the parcel reaches you.
Damaged on the way
If your parcel arrives damaged, see Changes & returns.
